MediaTek Dimensity 1000 was announced on November 26, 2019. It is powered by a dual cluster Octa-Core CPU clocked at 4x Cortex-A77 cores at 2.6GHz and another four Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.0GHz. The chipset is manufactured on the 7nm super-efficient processing node and comes with Mali-G77 GPU to handle the graphics-intensive tasks.
